A lightweight desktop environment written in Kotlin Compose, running on its own Wayland compositor and shipped as a bootable Debian live image.
WHAT IS IN THE IMAGE
Only what the desktop needs
Debian 13 baseA minimal Debian "trixie" root system, no other desktop environment and
no recommended extras.
Wayland onlyNo X server: the session runs on our own compositor, mjdevc, and starts
automatically on boot.
Kotlin Compose desktopPanels, app menu and widgets written in Kotlin Compose on the
JVM.
Drivers and firmwareDebian's non-free driver and firmware set is enabled for wider
hardware support.
Own lookBoot splash, cursor and sound themes of mjdev, installed and activated in
the image.
Also as packagesThe desktop itself is available as deb, rpm and AppImage for an
existing Linux system.
